Installed Articles but not working - returns blank when creating new articles

Hello all,

I installed Articles but when I right-click on the resource tree to create new articles the page reloads and shows a blank page in the manager. I have provided a screenshot of my screen when the page loads.

When I right-click and view the page source, I can see the html code for the article's template.

Does anyone have any idea why Articles isn't working for me? Any other settings that may trigger this error?

I have tried the following:
- Clear cache
- Clear browsing history
- Reinstall Articles
- Turn off compress.js and compress.css in the System Settings

What happens when you enter the parent resource and create article from there?

I have tried creating an article from a parent resource but still getting the issue with the blank page.

Just realised that articles' folder is missing from assets/components which is causing errors. I have tried removing articles and reinstalling it from fresh, however the issue is not fixed. Does anyone have any idea why articles is not being installed properly?

Try removing Articles fully by using the second radio option in the removal screen. Then go into core/packages and delete both the articles zip file and the extracted folder. Clear your core/cache files (delete all) and then reinstall with a fresh download from the repository.

If that doesn't work, hopefully someone will chime in with another suggestion.

Just to update, that didn't seem to work either. The articles list shows in the manager, and works ok, so we've just created a container template with a GetResources call on for now. It misses the archiving, but nevermind.
