    Hello,

    I am here for help once again. I’ve finally gone through and used the wiki tutorial to add blog categories to my website, which works fantastic. Now my only problem is getting the template variable to show the selection boxes for the categories on my blog entry page. Here is the chunk for the blog page I am using:

    <form action="[~[*id*]~]" method="post" name="NewsPublisher">
    	<h3>Publishing Details</h3>
    	<p>
    	Note: Leaving the Publish Date empty will immediately publish your blog entry. The date is to be formatted as below:<br />
    	Month Day, Year
    	</p>
    	<input name="NewsPublisherForm" type="hidden" value="on" />
    	<label for="pagetitle">Date:<br /> <input id="pagetitle" name="pagetitle" size="40" type="text" value="[+pagetitle+]" /></label><br />
    	<label for="longtitle">Long Title:<br /><input id="longtitle" name="longtitle" size="40" type="text" value="[+longtitle+]" /></label><br />
    	<label for="pub_date">Published date:<br /><input id="pub_date" name="pub_date" readonly="readonly" size="40" type="text" value="[+pub_date+]" />
    	<a onclick="nwpub_cal1.popup();" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;" onmouseover="window.status='Select date'; return true;"><img alt="Select date" height="16" src="manager/media/style/MODxLight/images/icons/cal.gif" width="16" /></a>
    	<a onclick="document.NewsPublisher.pub_date.value=''; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;" onmouseover="window.status='Remove date'; return true;"><img alt="Remove date" height="16" src="manager/media/style/MODxLight/images/icons/cal_nodate.gif" width="16" /></a></label>
    	<h3>The Content</h3>Enter the content of your post.<br />
    	<label for="content">Content:[*blogContent*]</label><br />
    	<input class="button" name="send" type="submit" value="Post Item" />
    </form>
    <script language="JavaScript" src="manager/media/script/datefunctions.js">
    </script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var elm_txt = {}; // dummy
    var pub = document.forms["NewsPublisher"].elements["pub_date"];
    var nwpub_cal1 = new calendar1(pub,elm_txt);
    nwpub_cal1.path="manager/media/";
    nwpub_cal1.year_scroll = true;
    nwpub_cal1.time_comp = true;
    </script>

    Here is the call on the actual page:

    [!NewsPublisher? &folder=`49` &canpost=`Site Admins,Girlfriend` &formtpl=`FormBlog` &footertpl=`blogfooter` &makefolder=`1` &rtcontent=`tvblogContent` &clearcache=`1`!]

    Now I created a TV called "categoryOptions" for my blog categories and I want it to be editable from the front end so I can avoid logging into the back end of my site to tag my blog entries.

    Thanks in advance!
