FormItSaveForm changing names of fields using &fieldNames

What's the correct format for changing the fieldnames, it's not mentioned in the guide (http://rtfm.modx.com/extras/revo/formit/formit.hooks/formit.hooks.formitsaveform) yet?

&fieldNames=`???`

Never used that one, but try it with:

&fieldNames=`fieldname==newfieldname, anotherone==anothernewname`
