Answered "Shrink" option thumbnails not saved in Easy2Gallery 1.4.0 - RC 1, French

If configuration settings are not saved in Easy 2 Gallery, check that the file assets/modules/easy2/includes/configs/config.easy2gallery.php is writable.

Hi,

Just wanted to know if this is unimplemented feature or a bug:
the "Shrink" option for generating the thumbnails does not work in Easy2Gallery 1.4.0-RC1 installed in French.

In French, the translation of "shrink" is "rétrécir".
Could this bug be caused by the accented characters "é" of the translation?
Or does this also affect the English version?

I don't think the translation would affect the logic.
Try to check the error log.
What's your MODX's version?

MODX 1.0.15
Easy 2 Gallery 1.4.0 - RC 1

The strange think, is that I don't encounter this problem with another site, also running MODx 1.0.15, where Easy 2 Gallery was duplicated from the problematic website.

Maybe an issue with execution rights ?
