As web links can often be to internal documents like PDF files, it would be
much useful to have a "Upload file" button on the right of web links, allowing to easily upload some file.

cipa already suggested this and user sottwell brought a possible solution, which is however quite complicated.

Another solution is to use a TV of type "File" attached to a document, but you have to scroll down the page and this means a less performant system if you have many documents.
A "Load file" button on the right of the web link is a much wanted feature for future EVO version (1.0.16+). A patch to apply to the core EVO 1.0.15- would be much welcome too.
