MIGXDB - Cannot add field in Modal Window

Hi!

I'm using MODX 2.3.3. I've followed the "Create Doodles Manager" tutorial (http://rtfm.modx.com/extras/revo/migxdb/migxdb.tutorials/migxdb.create-doodles-manager-with-help-of-MIGXdb#MIGXdb.CreatedoodlesmanagerwithhelpofMIGXdb-Requirements) and everything seems to be working fine until I get in the "Doodles Manager". I see everything that I'm supposed to see; when I click on "Add Doodle", the modal window pops up; I see both the Name and Description fields and can enter text like I'm supposed to. However, whenever I click "Done", nothing happens. Only when I click "Close" does it close the modal window without saving a "Doodle".

Am I missing something? Can anyone help me out so that it saves the record whenever I hit "Done"?

was the table modx_doodles created?

Yes, the table modx_doodles was created.

anything in the error-logs or can you check the ajax-response?
