Answered Contact form not sending emails.

Hello everybody,

I have migrated from one Hosting tp another , Everything is all right but when I try to send a information for the contact form nothing happens.

In the previous hosting the contact form was fine.

What do I do?

Nothing happens as in the response page doesn't display? Or an email is never received?

Is the form sending to someone else's email address — assuming you've set this up for someone else to receive the form contents.

Did you update the SMTP From settings in the in the system settings? Perhaps you have an IP from the old hosting?

I've also hosted on some servers where an actual valid email address must be used as the FROM email.

You can try installing the QuickEmail extra (if you're using Revolution) to see if the mail system is working at all and to help diagnose problems with it.

I am using evolution.

In the contact page I get a message of satisfaction, but the Email is never received.

I use to mail() php function.

In the previous hosting the contact form was fine. Why in the new hosting is happening to me.

Apparently the mail function was disabled, I contacted with the hosting provider and I could to resolve my problem.
