@OpenGeek, how do you override folders?

I’m using SEO Strict plugin and I’ve taken the Suffix for friendly URLs away. I’ve set my container to folder-01.html, but when I call a page inside that folder folder-01/page-02.html I get a 404. But if I use the SEO Strict plugin and set it to a Folder it works as long as the document aliases doesn’t have an extension prefix.

So if I can override the fURLS how do I do it to the containers, then I wouldn’t need to relie on the SEO Strict plugin so much!?

Sorry, those features are part of SEO Strict plugin and not the core of MODx. I’m not sure how that plugin works as I do not use it. You might try posting in the support thread for that plugin.

@OpenGeek, sorry that wasn’t a question about the plugin SEO Strict was an example.. My aim was to limit or remove the relanice of this plugin, not that it’s a bad plugin!

I was asking if I can override the default fURLS for documents, how can I get this to work for containers?

However I’ve answered my own question. Remove extension from ’Suffix for friendly URLs:’, then make sure there’s no extension on the document aliases on documents that are containers.
