We launched our site last night, and not every time, but like every 4th time we loaded the site we got a white screen of death. We have rolled back our site and are going to try again tonight.

I read somewhere that unchecking the "Cacheable" box on the site_start resource would resolve this issue. Can someone please confirm, thank you.

We launched our site about an hour ago, and have 8 people testing it. So far no white screen of death, that may have done the trick.

Usually a "white screen" indicates a fatal PHP error that won't even let MODX run at all. You should check your server's PHP error logs to see what happened.

We looked at the logs and didn't see anything, but that does make sense to me now. Our site_start is just a hefty php script that redirects users, and setting that resource not cacheable and not caching the snippet seems to have done the trick. We have been very intense with poking around the site the past 2 hours and it is still working great.
