Dear community,

Recently my Quip Reply says "This thread has been closed from taking new comments". So I went looking and found possible solutions like adding: &closed=`0` and &closeAfter=`0` but it still says the tread is closed. Next I re-installed the extra, but still the message.

My calls:

Does anybody knows how I re-open my topics so there can be discussion on my posts?

Try deleting everything in core/cache via FTP

If that doesn't work my calls that dont close are as follows so it might be worth replicating them and with your values, its so long since i set it up I can't remember how I stopped them closing:

Thanks. I think it was the fact I used an , at the end of the parameter. This is great it's working:)
