Because I’m not the coder I need help do define a replacement rule. What I want:

My client fills in a field for prices. He should put a price without commas and hyphens at the end and without currency signs
    E.g. NOT: 235,- € / 235,-- / 235,- / ...

Permitted is: 235 for values without cent and 235,95 with a cent value. But I think I should have a check against errors.

Now I need a replacement to strip all unwanted characters and add ",- €" ONLY for values without a cent value and " €" for the others.
    Results should be only "235,- €" or "235,95 €".

Does anybody knows how to define this? Thanks.
