A friend of mine built my site — around MODX — but he isn't always around to sort things for me so I thought I'd try and get to grips with it myself. I've logged into my site and looked around, a lot I can figure out, but I'm stuck with something.

On my site I have a 'News' page, see link below. However, it is only displaying five events, when there are in fact six. I can't figure out how to get it to display the extra one.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Is this list generated with getResources?

then you will need to add for example

      &limit=`20`

I think the default limit is 5

Oh dear, I have no idea as I didn't build it. I'll have to wait until I can get hold of the guy who did in this case.

You can check your template, else your chunks, if you see [[getResources? ... then add &limit=`0` to show all.

Limits the number of resources returned. Use `0` for unlimited results.

If the list is generated with getResources potentially the Published status of the sixth Resource would prevent it from being included.

Or the "show in menu" as well. I believe Articles has an issue with customized displays using getResources since all of its posts are set to not show in the menu. You have to specify the showHidden=`1` property to list Articles with your own getResources calls.
