I have an older version of MXCalendars v1.1.6 running and the calendar is in Calendar view. My problem is when you click the right or left arrow (to see previous and next months) the arrows seem to be very buggy. Half the times when you click the arrow nothing happens.
This issue persists across browsers (IE, Firefox, and Chrome) and with multiple users and devices.

http://www.pinecovecampground.com/events.html. Please click the right or left arrow after Today and you will see that these arrows only work about half the time.
I dont know if this is related, but I am getting these errors in my MODx error log:
[2015-05-16 09:36:40] (ERROR @ /assets/components/mxcalendars/connector.php) Could not load class: categoryid from mysql.categoryid.
[2015-05-16 09:45:19] (ERROR @ /assets/components/mxcalendars/connector.php) Could not load class: categoryid from mysql.categoryid.
I don't know exactly what they mean.
