Searched all over, and can't find an answer (ckEditor threads get REAL LONG on these boards):

Client insists on using ckEditor on their site (won't spring for a Redactor license).

I want to load up a custom tool bar based on a page template that I have made form customizations to.

I have a plug-in sniffing for a resource with a template id of 3 (which is the template the Form Customization is attached to) in order to load some CSS for the manager page.

I would like to load in a simplified ckEditor toolbar for this page only. Is there a way to override the system setting for the ckeditor.toolbar setting from this plugin? What is the best way of doing this, if possible?

And that said, is there a way to do this same thing with Redactor? Could tip the client to go with the paid RTE if they can get their custom toolbar to load based on template used.

Using Revo 2.3 on this one.
