Ditto on front page to show latest articles but to miss a bit of content

Hey guys, this is what I am after, basically I want ditto or any other plug in to be put on front page and to show latest articles that were added, however the pages of the articles contain to headings (section heading, and a smaller title of article heading), I would like that to be skipped - basically what I am after is page title, link to page + either page description or page content after the h tags, any ideas? Thanks!

Create custom templates for your ditto calls to use only including the bits you wish. See the http://ditto.modxcms.com/ site for lots of documentation and examples.
