Rearrange tabs in the manager

Hello,

I may miss something but is there a way to reorder tabs ?
Actually, I need to reorder the tabs in a resource of a "Collections" type.
In some use cases, it is more convenient to get the "document" tab first and then the list of the children.
For example, I try to associate some static resources to a parent resource. These static resources are not the most important things but, by default, they appear first.

I also tried with a Form Customisation rule, but in vain.

Anyone has got an idea to solve my problem ?
