Gallery do not load up pictures

    Hello,
    in my installation Gallery do not load up pictures. It shows the progressbar but after that it shows me no Image and the size ist 0KB.
    In Gallery it shows no error. But the MODx log says this:

    [2015-03-30 14:37:59] (ERROR @ /dev/connectors/index.php) Path specified for package gallery is not a valid or accessible directory: /www/htdocs/wXXXXXX/XXXXXX.de/dev/core/components/gallery/model/

      Make sure that directory exists and is writable.

        The directory /www/htdocs/wXXXXXX/XXXXXXXX.de/dev/core/components/gallery/model/ has chmod 755. Via FTP I have no permissions to set it.
