latest_posts date format in Articles?

Hi, I'm try to find solution, but no way...I'm using call

[[!Articles? &container=`1`]][[+latest_posts]]

which shows time in this default format "Mar 31, 2015". Is some way to change it somewhere? I tried to add parameter like in quip &dateFormat=`%d.%m.%Y %H:%M` but it not takes shape...thanks

The format is in the ArticlesLatestPostsTpl chunk.

[[+publishedon:notempty=`<br /> - [[+publishedon:strtotime:date=`%b %d, %Y`]]`]]

date uses strftime(). The docs are here, but not all symbols work on all platforms: http://php.net/manual/en/function.strftime.php
