Evo Maxigallery to Revo Gallery

I'm upgrading (re-building) a large site in Revo that was previously built in Evo. It has many, many galleries using Maxigallery with titles and descriptions.

Is there any way of importing this information to Gallery or at least getting gallery to recognise the old galleries as Gallery Albums when uploaded via FTP?

Any ideas considered!
