I'm wondering what approaches you have found to work the best to manage ad hoc content pushes from a staging environment to production?
- Do you integrate a push button script to deploy content from staging to production?
- Do you have your clients redo their content entry on production?
- Do you just use production for content development?
- Other?

Sounds like a solution for design agencies. I use modxcloud so its simple to take a snapshot of the current site, inject it into a new development cloud and make changes in there. This can then be injected back into the production cloud.
+1 for MODX Cloud. Snapshots and a staging instance are about as good as it gets for this sort of thing.
