Template Variable for Redundant HTML tags in Content Field?

Whenever I post an article/resource, I find myself having to duplicate by hand specific HTML tags such as:

<h3>Header 1</h3
<p class="content">This is one paragraph</p>

<h3>Header 2</h3
<p class="content">This is one paragraph 2</p>

<h3>Header 3</h3
<p class="content">This is one paragraph 3</p>


Is there a way to make a template variable that will allow for "x" amount of sections by let's say, clicking on a '+' sign in the template variable?

How would I go about doing this or is there a better way?
