    Ok the search box code in the rightside bar has now been ammended to the code above. My call on the landing page is:

    <div id="results">
    <ul>
    [!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &parents=`4` &tvPhx=`legoImages` &whereSearch=`content` &order=`pagetitle` &extract=`2:longtitle,introtext` &showPagingAlways=`1`!]
    </ul>
    </div>

    It is so close to how I want it, thank you so much for the help so far.
    Regards,
    SB

      What does the content section have in it in your landing page ID = 9

      I am not sure if the modifications to the second template are the reason the output doesnt display as it should as there are now two sets of:
      <div id="results">
        <ul>

        </ul>
      </div>

      The code is nesting itself, which causes display problems example:
      <div id="results">
        <ul>
          FORM
          RESULT TEXT
          PAGING
          <div id="results">
            <ul>
              <li>result 1</li>
              <li>result 1</li>
            </ul>
          </div>
          PAGING
        </ul>
      </div>

      There should only be one instance of this code in the content area:
      <div id="results">
        <ul>

        </ul>
      </div>

        OK that's answered my last post.

        CHANGE THIS:
        <div id="results">
        <ul>
        [!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &parents=`4` &tvPhx=`legoImages` &whereSearch=`content` &order=`pagetitle` &extract=`2:longtitle,introtext` &showPagingAlways=`1`!]
        </ul>
        </div>

        TO THIS:
        [!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &parents=`4` &tvPhx=`legoImages` &whereSearch=`content` &order=`pagetitle` &extract=`2:longtitle,introtext` &showPagingAlways=`1`!]

          Ok My landing page only contains the Ajax call in the content box now. Still appears the same on my screen?

            the problem is with how the template has been built by the original designer.

            The template is donkeys years old and as such so is the code and methods behind it.

            The spacing comes from not clearing floats and floating elements over others.

            The modifications are easy, but you will have to modify the templates content structure. e.g. sidebar left, content, sidebar right and not like now with sidebar left, sidebar right, content

            This will take longer to sort, I dont have the time today and I am pushed for time the rest of the week

                Just sent a PM with a solution to the template problem.

                Am closing down for today.

                    I see that you have implemented the modifications I sent via PM.

                    All looks good, but I see no reason to have the search form on the results page as it is in the sidebar

                    Looking at the docs you can remove it using "&showInputForm"

                    So changing this:
                    [!AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`0` &parents=`4` &tvPhx=`legoImages` &whereSearch=`content` &order=`pagetitle` &extract=`2:longtitle,introtext` &showPagingAlways=`1`!]

                    To this:
                    [!AjaxSearch? &showInputForm=`0` &ajaxSearch=`0` &parents=`4` &tvPhx=`legoImages` &whereSearch=`content` &order=`pagetitle` &extract=`2:longtitle,introtext` &showPagingAlways=`1`!]

                    Should in theory remove the form from the content area.

                      The left menu flows underneath the search results when hovered over. To rectify this problem:

                      Change this:
                      nav ul ul{
                      	/* Remove element from document flow */
                      	position:absolute;
                      	/* Position relative to its parent < li> */
                      	left:170px;
                      	top:0;
                      	border-top:1px solid #B66F13;
                      	display:none
                      }

                      Into this:
                      nav ul ul{
                      	z-index:999;
                      	/* Remove element from document flow */
                      	position:absolute;
                      	/* Position relative to its parent < li> */
                      	left:170px;
                      	top:0;
                      	border-top:1px solid #B66F13;
                      	display:none
                      }
