Hi,
A programmer updated all my MODX websites last August 2014 with the latest version of Revolution I believe. A client has asked me to update the images for the team pages and in theory you basically insert a new image on the staff profile page and it SHOULD automatically create a thumbnail of the image and a small blurb Our Team page using Ditto. Only it's not creating a thumbnail its just inserting the image at full size? See attached image.
I haven't been creating websites for the last 3 years (had 2 babies) so totally lost with it all and desperately need help to fix it.
Do you think something went wrong when it got updated in August 2014? Is there a known bug/ any way to fix it? Any help greatly appreciated as I feel very out of my depth with it all.
Here is the programming used:-
In the Template for the page:-
<!--main content area-->
<div id="mainfull"> <!--main content areawrapper-->
<div id="teampic">
<img src="[*teampic*]" />
</div>
<div id="mainblurb">
[*content*]
</div>
On the page itself:
[!Ditto? &parents=`4`&tpl=`ditto` &extenders=`customsort` &documents=`11,12,16,28,32,30,29,17,18,19,20,15,26`!]
Chunk created:
<div style="padding-top:10px;"><!--wrapper-->
<div class="teampic"><a href="[~[+id+]~]"><img src="[[get_fck_thumb? &image=`[+teampic+]`]]" /></a></div>
<div class="teamtext"><h2 class="nopadding">[+menutitle+]</h2>
<p>[+introtext+]
<a href="[~[+id+]~]">Click here to read more ยป</a></p>
</div>
Attached pic of error and the Template variable.
Thanks again.

That's Evolution, not Revolution. It's using a snippet to get the thumbnail that the fck editor/browser generates when uploading a file. The upgrade may have changed the editor you are using, so the thumbnail isn't being generated.
