    Hi,
I moved my site to a new server. The manager is working fine. I have original files and original database, I upgraded from Revo 2.3.1 to Revo 2.3.3-Pl in hopes to see the following problem disappear:
When I go to the frontend I am getting: r: Call to undefined function parseTpl() in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/ice/public/core/cache/includes/elements/modsnippet/2.include.cache.php on line 587

I have already tried clearing the core/cache

    I am running a lamp stack / php 5.6 / ubuntu 12.04

What is snippet #2? Look in the Elements tab to find out what it is. You may need to uninstall and re-install whatever it is.

It looks like it's getResources. But when trying to uninstall I get that allow_url_fopen is not enabled. I am on a digital ocean server, trying to understand how to turn it on so I can get those packages in without problems.

Thank you for shedding light on this, I was on a dead end, at least I know what's next.

You need allow_url_fopen and/or cURL enabled on your server to use the Installer/Package Manager. http://rtfm.modx.com/revolution/2.x/getting-started/server-requirements

I removed manually getResources then reinstalled. This fixed the issue. Thanks!
