Hi, so i want to localize certain pages in my website that contain currency( ie € for Europe and £ for Great Britain),,

So i know that there is a way for the browser to detect the ip address of the visitor, and i was just wondering does anyone have any ideas of a simple enough way of coding modX to say that
    if, IPaddress= Great Britain then redirect Page[56] >>Page[58] else Page[56] >>Page[56]
    or something to that effect

i dont really know where to start on this one,not even really what to be looking for on the web for this one either?,,is it localisation, ip recognition country codes etc

    Thanks for any ideas

      Hi ddools,

What you need to do is geo target visitors based on their IP address - maybe this link will help give you a starting point: http://www.999tutorials.com/tutorial-geo-target-your-visitors.html

You’ll never get pinpoint accuracy using IP addresses and geo targeting, but you should be able to decent enough results for what you need.
