Answered How to delete the first resource: MODx CMS Install Success?

    Hi,

    I have a first resource in my tree after download of MODx Evolution that I cannot delete or unpublish. How to get rid of it?

    Title: MODX CMS Install Success
    Long title: Welcome to the MODX Content Management System

    "Document is linked to site_start variable and cannot be unpublished"

      Either update the content of the existing page to be as you need or create a new resource that will be the home page, update site_start with the id of the new resource then delete or unpublish the resource you don't want.
