    Hi Everyone,

After updating from 1.0.14 to 1.0.15, manager upper right still shows 1.0.14. I was very sure to have overwritten the files, but did it all again (upload/overwrite & install procedure). Still, manager upper right still shows 1.0.14.

How can this be? Is there any other place one can check for the running modx version?
    Many thanks and regards

when you go to FTP and rename index.php does your site still works?
maybe your host moved the site and your FTP uses some IP instead of ftp.domainname.com

you sure you did an install?

Good idea, tested and my side stops working as soon index.php is renamed.

Yes, twice. After each time I set the hook to remove the install folder and it was removed as expected.

Does someone know how the manager determines with version it is to display at the upper right?

        Many thanks & regards.

          Have a look at manager/includes/version.inc.php

Many thanks for the hint. File was NOT overwritten. So I uploaded/overwrite all files by FTP instead using the Plesk-tool and all went very well.
            Many thanks for the help.
