Is there a tutorial on configuring the manager for the customer with tips and ideas on best practices?
Generally I'm talking about the kind of customers who need full ability to create content, organize the site, or users, but can't be trusted to not screw something up if they have admin privileges with access to the site settings, templates, snippets and such.

Basically, it's a matter of using a Policy that only has the permissions checked that you want, assigning that Policy to a Group, then assigning your users to that Group.
There's a little more to it, you have to make sure that the Group has access to the 'mgr' context with the Policy you want to use.
