RewriteRule ^web/weblog/2013/18/archive.php$ http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]
RewriteRule ^index.php?paginaid=7$ http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]

I have a couple of URLs that are indexed by google.
A new site is online, I would like to redirect these indexed URLs.
(.htaccess)
This works:
RewriteRule ^web/weblog/2013/18/archive.php$ http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]
This doesn't work:
RewriteRule ^index.php?paginaid=7$ http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]
The redirect goes to http://www.mydomain.nl/?paginaid=7 and not to http://www.mydomain.nl/
So it goes wrong after the "?"
^index.php\?paginaid=7$

RewriteRule ^index.php\?paginaid=7$ http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} index.php\?paginaid=1$
RewriteRule (.*) / [S,L,R=301]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} paginaid=1
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]
How about this:
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^paginaid=1$ RewriteRule (.*) http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^p=home&l=nl$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^page\.php$ http://www.mydomain.nl? [R=301,NE,NC,L]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} ^paginaid=1$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ http://www.mydomain.nl? [R=301,NE,NC,L]
RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} paginaid=1
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.mydomain.nl/ [R=301,L]
