Package Manager: grid columns not sortable

Why, in the Addon Package Manager, the sort options for the grid columns are disactivated (grayed-out)?
(MODX 2.3.2-pl)

I think this is a bug and it should be reported here - https://github.com/modxcms/revolution/issues
