I developed this site for my client a couple of years back and it's been running fine until recently when we can no longer access the manager login screen. The site is
http://www.templesociety.org.au/ and the manager login page is obviously
http://www.templesociety.org.au/manager/
For some reason it's treating the manager page like one of the resources within the site and displaying the site's homepage with no styling. I've deleted the cache files via FTP, reinstalled the site successfully with zero errors, but still can't access the manager page.
The client mentioned that she had set up a new subdomain in October but manager access only went down in January. Apart from that, no changes were made to the server. Any suggestions?

Could be hacked. That version is being hacked regularly. Like any software, it needs to be kept updated to fix security issues.
Check the database, the users table, for unexpected users. Get into CPanel or FTP and see if there are any files that stand out with completely different dates.
Make sure that the core.config.php files, in the root, in connectors and in manager, point to the correct locations.
