how can I list all childs (the page titles) from a specific resource?
And the 2nd question: Is ist possible to list that children in a TV?
with ditto.

parents is the resource with children into it.
ditto-tpl chunk looks like this:

into a TV? all I know you can select chunks with a TV dropdown.

If I'm correct you need to add a TV with:
Input Type:
Dropdown List menu
Input Option Values:
First choise=={{chunk1}}||Secons choise=={{chunk2}}||Third choise=={{chunk3}}
When you add the TV into your template or chunk or where ever it will output the chunk which is chosen.
