/connectors/index.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

I am getting the following console error when trying to use the package manager:

/connectors/index.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

I am unable to extract a site package that I have uploaded.

The site is hosted on shared 123-reg servers.

Any ideas please?

First of all i suggest checking your PHP error_log. When the server gives you "errorcode 500", a new record with more detailed error description should appear at the bottom of the log.

ok , thanks. It's on a shared server so I don't have access. Anyway, it seems to have resolved itself now.

Don't know why, but it has! Some hosting companies don't seem to have the best php setup for modx, apart from having your own server
