Hello, project is not mine. If we insert constant [[% march? Topic = `default`]] into chunk, in other words, translation from the file `default.inc.php`, then everything is OK, but if we insert the translation from another file, for example label.inc.php, constant : [[% header.contacts? Topic = `label`]], then all bad.
Although in some chunks constant [[% header.contacts? Topic = `label`]] works. I imply the trnslation file(label.inc.php) must somehow register / tied to chunk?

You're missing the ampersand (&) at the beginning of each property and '&topic' should not start with a capital letter. You may need to include a namespace property in the tag:
[[%LanguageStringKey?
&namespace=`NameSpaceName`
&topic=`TopicName`
]]
Also, "all bad" doesn't tell us much. What is actually happening when you use those tags? Are they empty or does it use the English version.
