I’ve got a mess of TVs on some documents - sometimes 10-12 per template. I’d like to be able to organize them. The manager doesn’t seem to have any distinct organization. It’s not alphabetical and it’s not by date. Does anyone know how they’re organized? I’d like to group them and organize them, so I don’t have to go hunting for the right one each time I edit a document. I’d like it to be simple

    Group A
    - tv1
    - tv2
    - tv3

    Group B
    - tv4
    - tv5
    - tv6

    Group C
    - tv7
    - tv8
    - tv9

and so on... Is there a way to organize my TVs?

I use the categories liberaly to organize my tvs, chunks and snippets.
Something like Sidebar-SectionA, Sidebar-SectionB, etc. so when I am looking to change something in
a document I can go directly to the section where the resource is on...

Yeah, I always categorize them by putting them under their respective sections (whatever they may be), but what I never noticed was the sort order. I wanted to present them logically on the document pages in a certain order. By putting 0,1,2,3... in the sort order I can now group the TV’s on the content page exactly how I want them. Boy...that was more difficult than it had to be. I’ll try to remember to open my eyes next time.  grin

I guess it takes at least one idiot to show the rest!

You can also use Managermanager to organize the TVs in the document-edit-window.
I think, thererfor I am! But what I am, and why...?
