OK guys ..
Is this already possible with snippets etc?
I need to create a web signup form with custom fields (ie : like interests radio buttons, where did you hear about us etc)
This then all needs to be saved in the database is this possible?
Another nice feature to have would be if these database fields could then via the backend be exported to a spreadshhet, thi this is not imperative!
any help would be greatly appreciated

See this thread for eform2db:

Or if it’s for authentication with additional user attributes (custom fields) you can use WebloginPE:

Cheers! Looking into it!

OMG! WebLoginPE is AWESOME! took me a load of playing around with to suss out how to use it .. getting the hang of it now tho .. surely this snippet should win the Best documentation to come with a snippet award ? really nice docs Scotty Del!
I realise everyone else in the MODX community has been using this forever .. first time ive played with it tho, it has twisted my head figuring it out (im not a coder) but well worth the erffort.
The possibilities are endless tho ... surely this would be great to use for a profile site?
I Do LOVE MODX!
