User policy: Access only a single folder in the filemanager

Hello,
is it possible to give a user access to just a single folder in the file-tree and file-manager?

For example I just want the user to be able to access the folder "img".

assets/
assets/chunks
assets/img
assets/templates

Its only possible when you create an mediasource, pointing to this directory.

Alright it seems that it works for the most part: Now some things I cant seem to fix:

1. The User gets an "access denied" error upon opening the file tree. I suppose there is just a permission turned off that I cant find.
2. The Administrator can see now 2 file trees: Filemanager and Images (The standard and the new one)
3. I would like to have the same with the file browser (If possible)
4. Is it possible to add a Upload Button to the file tree, similar to the create resource, buttons.
