Resource View button goes to "about:blank" webpage

**Update after moving files to modxcloud hosting the view button works correctly and the batch delete works. Any ideas what could cause the issue on other services? Some JS setting or mod_security rule?...***

Hi,
When I create an article or resource and save it and subsequently click the View button I am brought to "about:blank" webpage instead of the article or resource url. If I save a second time and click the view button it works.
Also when u select multiple articles (Articles Extra) on the manager listing page and click delete, they all remain in position as opposed to disappearing.
Any advice how to fix?

I believe at this point in time Collections is recommended over Articles. That being said could you tell us more about your hosting environment?
