I have a working members area where resources can be created/published by registered users.

I created Extended fields for the member profile: profession, experience and display the value of these fields on the member's published article (front-end). So far so good.

These custom fields are not included in the NP submission form.

Not surprisingly the value of the Extended fields change (on the front-end). Meaning the values change based on which logged in member is also viewing a page.

So my question is how do I ensure the published article only shows the Extended fields for the member that created the resource and not which one is signed-in?

This question has been answered by BobRay. See the first response.

If you use placeholders for the extended fields, the Profile snippet (part of the Login package) should show them. Make sure the profile tag is above the placeholders on the page.

      [[!Profile? &user=`[[*createdby]] &useExtended=`1`]]

/* Note that the placeholders have to match the
         extended field names exactly */

Profession: [[+profession]]

Experience: [[+experience]]
