Minor Usability Issues

Just a few minor items.

When navigating for a file to link to from tinymce the dialog box to select a file is way to big. Often I have to stretch my browser to nearly 1400px wide to see the right edge of the dialog box then scroll down to see the OK button.

Also the style of the dialog box doesn't match the cool new look of Modx. It looks out of place, old school. I realize it may be determined by TinyMCE, but if not, continuing the new look to this element would be great.

Sometimes when editing chunks using quick-edit, the edit area is only three lines tall, other times it is 10-15 lines. I don't know what determines this, but it's very hard to use when it is so short.

I know there's a whole thread on this, but please bring back the version # to a visible spot. I realize it was moved to clean up the interface, I agree with that. However, it is too buried. If not directly visible in the header, I think most folks expect version numbers to be displayed on the Help-About dialog, not deep in settings. End users will never find this.

The last time I checked, you could resize the TinyMCE box by dragging a corner and the change persisted. I don't know if that's still true. Also, I think there are settings for the size in the TinyMCE config. I could be wrong.

I think he's talking about the file browser, click the "Insert/Edit Link" button, then the little "browse" button next to the URL field. That's the MODX file browser and isn't part of TinyMCE. It doesn't seem to be opening overly large for me. What browser?

Susan, yes, the insert edit link button next to URL field.

I'm using Win 8.1 and I see it in FF, Chrome, IE, haven't tried all of them.

I see what you mean. On opening, I get it with the center panel cut off right after the SortBy button. I never even realized there was any more to it. If I drag the right side over to the right it will end up showing the whole panel.
