I've used Gallery so many times on this server and it's worked fine on other sites, but for some reason it's not liking this one.
Long story short, I'm redoing an older Modx website (2.2.8-pl) on 2.3.2-pl, I'm reusing some of my old chunks, snippets and tvs but all on a fresh Modx install.
This site has over 170 photo galleries (wedding site) so I moved the galleries over from the old site (together with sql export) and I got them working just fine on the new site, I can see thumbs in backend and frontend and everything looks like it should.
The problem is when I try to make a new Album and then try to add images to the new album, it adds the new album to my album list in gallery and let's say it gives it an ID #178, so then I go to my gallery/files folder and I can only see the older folders (178 is nowhere to be found).
I've set my permissions to 755 (My server is using suPHP) all the way up to my assets folder in the root.
I've also set phpthumb_allow_src_above_docroot to YES
But I must be missing something else. This is the enormous error I get when trying to add 1 single image to the new album, could someone help me decipher it please? I see it has something to do with connector.php but I've tried all sorts of permissions on it to no avail.
It's not creating my directories "Could not create directory (possibly already exists?)" (chmod 755 (also tried 777)). What gives?
