Prevent tinyMCE from correcting any HTML

Hello, i was wondering if it's possible to prevent tinyMCE from changing the html that is written in the editor.
For 2 main reasons:

1. it strips out some html5 tags
2. it corrects some wrong markup, but i need it that way ( eg. <ul><a><li>link</li></a><ul/> is changed into <ul><li><a>link</a></li><ul/> )

is incorrect syntax.
Why do you think you need this?
