    Hi, I am following docs to install manager on a different domain, trying to use $modx_manager_url = 'http://othersite.com/r4nd0m/'; on core/config/config.inc.php, I save the reference, rerun setup but when I pull up the manager on the other domain I get this:

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'SmartyException' with message 'Unable to load template file 'header.tpl'' in /home/coffeemothers/core/model/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php:162 Stack trace: #0 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php(537): Smarty_Internal_Template->isExisting(true) #1 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/smarty/Smarty.class.php(335): Smarty_Internal_Template->getRenderedTemplate() #2 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/modx/modmanagercontroller.class.php(264): Smarty->fetch('header.tpl') #3 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/modx/modmanagercontroller.class.php(474): modManagerController->fetchTemplate('header.tpl') #4 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/modx/modmanagercontroller.class.php(169): modManagerController->getHeader() #5 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/modx/modmanagerresponse.class.php(74): modManagerController->render() #6 /home/coffeemothers/core/model/modx/modmanagerrequest.class.php(186): modManagerResponse->outputContent(Array) #7 /home/coffeemothers/core/mode in /home/coffeemothers/core/model/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php on line 162

    I have both sites on the same server, just different home folders.

    I appreciate your help,

          are you using fgcid ? if so you must declare you remote directory in order for the web to acces it, as when you put core outside of web root.
