Answered Returning MSSQL Results

I am using MODX to get results from Stored Procedures using mssql function in snippets.

However, I think there is a problem of character encoding when the results are being processed within the snippet.

The character encoding of the Mssql database is Latin1_General_CI_AS.

Anyone had a similar problem and found a solution?

Sorted - I was at first thinking it was a character encoding issue within MODX, but discovered it was how PHP handles a GUID returned from MSSQL.

For anyone stumbling across this post with a similar problem, use the mssql_guid_string.
