Combine two fields in one column

In a MIGX CMP, I need to combine two fields from one table (latitude and longitude) in one column with a custom renderer, so the user can click on a link and see the location on a Google map. How can I output two fields into one column?

you can use the renderChunk - renderer for a grid-column
