Error: "Cannot create images folder"

    When I try to upload images either via TVs or TinyMCE I get an error pop up:

    "Cannot create images folder"

    Is there anything I can do to fix this at all?

      check if you have a images folder and set it chmod 777 or 755 in some cases.

        Sorry should have mentioned: I did check that and its ok.

        Also, the site is installed on a sub-directory BUT with .htaccess pointing www to that subdirectory.
