After a fresh 2.3.2 installation, when I try to edit/delete context settings :

Yes. It's a known bug, fixed in the 2.3.3 dev version. Hopefully it'll be released soon.
Until then, you can download the .zip file from github, edit the _build config scripts, and build it and install it.

It can't help to delete an item, just modify it.
i just helped myself by creating the needed context setting as wished and manually change them if needed within the database.
Because i am just chaninging values from settings i´ve made in the manager it works pretty solid.
Might help others who are struggeling and dont wanna hack anything in the core of Modx.

Seems not to be fixed in 2.3.3. Had that issue here again …
