Look on the template page that is used for the pages/resources those links lead to.
Might just be hard coded. Probably not a wayfinder call because wayfinder displays in list format ul li
It's possible to they could be contructed within a chunk, a snippet, or maybe even a template variable. I would look on the template first and see if there is anything related to QuickLinks.
Might be between [[ ]]
$ followed by a name would be a chunk [[$quicklinks]]
* followed by a name would be a template variable ie. [[*quicklinks]]
[[If just a name between brackets, then it's a snippet]] [[quicklinks_snippet]]
The code looks like this. I found this on:
File > Assets > Templates
<div id="quickLinks">Quick Links: <a href="#">Prayer Requests</a> | <a href="#">Catholic Mountain Star</a> | <a href="#">Parish Mass times</a></div>
So I guess I'm looking for a way to modify the Div id= Quick Links.
Not sure where to find that.
div id="quickLinks" is merely wrapping that grouping of items and then apply the styles (color, font, size of font, etc)
Tell me this. Is the link actually "#" ? Or did you erase that for the purposes of posting?
I have expected there would be something like [[~23]] between the quotes.
If the # symbol was actually a resource number within brackets like so: [[~13]] with 13 just being an example number of a resource. Each resource has a number. That number should be visible to the right of the name of the resource in the Resource tree in that left column.
If that's the structure, then you can add another on by just copying and pasting one of the items, and then changing the resource number to the one you want to use and changing the name as well. Put the pipe | in between on the page. That is just a text items for styling.
Quick Links: <a href="#">Prayer Requests</a> | <a href="#">Catholic Mountain Star</a> | <a href="#">Parish Mass times</a> | <a href="#">New Resource Name</a></div>
I tried that and save it. When I load that template again, the change is gone.
If that was the file that was controlling the footer, those links or ID #'s would be in there already. Is there another place to look?
Thanks again. Getting close to giving up.
Nothing in the Resources Tree that I can see.
