MaxiGallery page is blank with just the word "Error" on the page

I had to rebuild a site that got hacked badly. I deleted everything on the server and installed a brand new copy of Evo 1.0.15. All good, put back in all my TV, Templates, Chunks and the site is running great. I then installed MaxiGallery as directed using FTP. Everything is in the right place and the folders have the correct permissions. When I put the original Maxigallery call on the page, I get the error. When I put the most simple Maxigallery on the page, same thing.

Here is the call:
