Answered Retrieving TV values in all ressources templates related to

In a website I am developing under Modx Revo and I have a couple of TV I would like to use in all the website pages.
I gave them access to all the website templates and I assign them values in the home page. How could I better retrive the TV values in all the remaining ressources automatically ? Could I retrieve them in a Chunk and put the Chunk in all the templates?

Thanks for your help.

Regards

If you want to set the values only on the homepage and you want to show them on all other pages, you don't need to assign them on all other templates.

If you have installed fastField or pdoTools, you can use fastField-tags:

Generally, if you want a value to be available across the site, you're better off creating a new System Setting.

The value will then be available anywhere with:

(Where SettingName is the "key" of the setting.)
